Satisfaction surveys and employee engagement surveys display the dimension setting entry by default. 2. In general survey questionnaires, the entry is shown when they contain items with "scores". 3. You can access dimension settings from the following locations: - The design wizard page - The upper-left corner of the edit questionnaire page (shown as "Dimension Setting") Notes: - Survey, form, and poll questionnaires do not display the dimension setting entry by default. - Customer journey questionnaires are shown as "Touchpoint Setting". - 360 evaluation questionnaires have special dimension setting rules.

Principle: A single-level dimension is the most basic way to manage dimensions, used for simple categorization of questionnaire items 1. Enter the Dimension Settings page, where "Add Dimension" is selected by default 2. Enter one dimension name per line 3. After adding a dimension, you can: - View the number of questions bound under the dimension - Click the question count to enter the bound questions page - Edit or delete the dimension through the dimension management feature Notes: - Dimension names cannot be duplicated - The Save button can only be clicked after entering content - After a successful addition, "Dimension Management" will appear in the lower-left corner - Pay attention to the length limit of dimension names

Principle: It is recommended that multi-level dimensions use a hierarchical structure of up to four levels for more granular questionnaire classification management. Of course, more levels can also be supported, but the layout on the dimension settings page will become crowded. 1. Check the "Enable multi-level dimensions" option 2. Add a first-level dimension (the dialog title shows: Add First-Level Dimension) 3. Add a second-level dimension under the first-level dimension 4. You can continue to add third-level dimensions under the second-level dimension 5. Manage all levels uniformly through the dimension management feature Notes: - Only the lowest-level dimensions can be bound to questions - Deleting a parent dimension will also delete all of its child dimensions - The weights and standard scores of multi-level dimensions need to be set separately

In the question list, check the questions you want to bind 3. You can switch dimensions to bind questions to different dimensions 4. Principle: The dimension management interface provides a centralized place to manage all dimensions and supports batch operations. Steps: 1. Click "Dimension Management" in the lower-left corner to enter the management interface 2. You can perform the following actions: - Edit dimension names - Delete a single dimension or multiple dimensions - View which questions are bound to a dimension 3. Use the button in the upper-left corner to exit the management interface Notes: - Selecting a parent dimension will automatically select all child dimensions - A confirmation prompt will appear before deleting a dimension - Pay special attention when deleting dimensions that are already bound to questions - The page will automatically refresh after batch deletion
